A'mmare Jewelry is a sustainable jewelry brand inspired by the Mediterranean Sea. We blend artisanal craftsmanship with contemporary design to create unique pieces using 100% precious recycled metals and reused, upcycled or certified-derived gemstones or pearls.
Where are A'mmare Jewelry pieces made?
All our jewelry pieces are designed and handcrafted in Italy. We collaborate with small, artisanal studios throughout the country to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We use recycled precious metals like gold, silver, and bronze. For gems and beads, we prioritize reused materials or we use those that are certified and ethically sourced. Our ultimate goal is to ensure 100% of our materials are recycled or reused.
Do you offer custom jewelry services?
Yes, we offer a personalized jewelry design service. You can collaborate with us to create bespoke pieces that reflect your unique style and vision.
How do I get a custom jewelry piece made?
Submit your ideas and desires there. We will provide a no-obligation quote within 48 business hours. Once the design is finalized, our artisans will craft your bespoke piece.

Do you have a physical store?
Currently, A'mmare Jewelry operates online only. However, we participate in various events and pop-up shops. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on our upcoming events.
Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other popular online payment options. You can see all available methods at checkout.
How do I apply a discount code?
To apply a discount code, enter it in the designated field during checkout and click 'Apply'. The discount will be reflected in your total before you complete your purchase.
I want to change my order, how do I do that?
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
Can I change my order after it has been shipped?
No. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.
I received my order and there are missing items, what do I do?
If there are missing items in your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, within 14 days of the jewelry's arrival. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
I think my item is defective, what do I do?
If you believe your item is defective, please contact our customer service team with details. We will ask you to send us the photos and we'll review your case and offer a suitable resolution, whether it be a a discount, replacement, repair, or refund. This service must be requested promptly, within 14 days of the jewelry's arrival.
Shipping & Returns
How long does it take you to ship?
For our handmade jewelry, standard orders are shipped within a week, as each piece is crafted on request. For custom orders, please allow 3-5 weeks for creation and shipping. Naturally, if we can, we will ship them even earlier to ensure they reach you as soon as possible. We take pride in our meticulous and slow craftsmanship.
What are your shipping options?
We provide free, standard and express shipping choices. Shipping fees and delivery times differ depending on your location.

Where is InPost shipping available?
The InPost is currently available only in Italy.
Is InPost available across Italy?
InPost is currently available in many Italian cities and is expanding its Locker network. Check availability on the official website.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to all EU countries, as well as the UK and Switzerland and some international countries like USA. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. For shipping to other countries or personalized shipping options, please contact us directly.
Please note that for countries outside Europe, customs duties and other taxes are not included.
How do I exchange an item?
To exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days after the arrival of the product. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What is your return policy?
We offer returns for collection items only, not made-to-order within 14 days of receiving your order. We charge a handling fee that covers the cost of the return shipping label.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
I threw away my packaging, can I still make a return or exchange?
If you have only thrown away the outer packaging, you can still return or exchange the item.
However, if you have discarded the branded internal box or the pouch sent with the product, it will not be possible to return it.

Gift Card
Can I send an e-gift card directly to someone else?
Yes, you can enter the recipient's email address check the box labeled “I want to send this as a gift”, and the e-gift card will be sent directly to them.
How long is a gift card valid for?
Our gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issuance, giving recipients plenty of time to use them.
How are gift card balances applied to orders?
Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which can include taxes and shipping.
Can I use the balance on a gift card for multiple orders?
Yes, the balance on a gift card can be spent across multiple orders as long as there is remaining balance.
Can I use multiple e-gift cards on a single purchase?
Yes, you can combine multiple e-gift cards for a single purchase by entering each unique code during checkout.
Can I use gift cards together with discount codes?
Yes, gift cards can be used in conjunction with discount codes.
What if I lose my e-gift card email?
If you lose your e-gift card email, please contact us with your purchase details, and we will resend the email.
Can I get a refund on my e-gift card?
E-gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they can be used on any product in our store.
Can I use a gift card to purchase another gift card?
No, a gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
