Design
Every A'mmare jewel begins with a sketch by Valentina, the founder and designer. Valentina conceptualizes and outlines many jewelry pieces, drawing inspiration from photos, childhood memories, and sensations of the Adriatic Sea, where she grew up. She selects the best and most achievable designs, and perfects each one.
Wax Modeling
Following the design phase, Valentina crafts each piece in wax. This intricate process transforms her sketches into tangible, three-dimensional forms, where every detail and surface alternates between patterns of waves on the sand and the gleaming reflections of the sea.
Prototyping
Once the wax models are perfected, we move on to prototyping in silver through the lost-wax casting process. Roberta Pavone, our exceptional artisan, refines each prototype until it aligns with A'mmare's designs and exacting standards.
Molds & Casting
After perfecting the prototypes, we partner with a trusted industry company in Italy known for its highest standards. Using 100% recycled materials, they create molds and perform the final casting of each A'mmare piece.
Hand-Finishing
Before reaching our customers, every piece undergoes Roberta’s skilled hands. This includes assembly, gemstone setting, final polishing, plating, and any necessary adjustments.
